Please work with Marshall IT to make your purchases. IT can give you recommendations to ensure that your IT equipment is secure and compatible with Marshall systems. For more information, please visit our Equipment site in MyMarshall. For information about your STARS account, office, Zoom phone, please see your department coordinator.

EMS - Room Reservation guidelines KB0000660
6 views Guidelines on who can reserve Marshall breakout rooms and classrooms through EMS
Per the Marshall Room Scheduling department (roomscheduling@marshall.usc.edu), room reservation guidelines are:
Reservations must be from Marshall staff, Marshall faculty, Marshall students, or Marshall approved student club presidents. Non-Marshall accounts or Marshall minors cannot request reservations. They must contact General USC Classroom Scheduling Office at classroom.scheduling@usc.edu for reservations. Breakout rooms can only be reserved to study. Students can only reserve a room for two hours, twice a week. Undergrad Students only have access to the JFF breakout rooms on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors twice per week and no more than two weeks in advance. Grad Students can reserve JKP ELC rooms, JFF Library rooms and JKP, ACCT Library rooms, HOH, BRI classrooms for student study twice per week and only two weeks in advance. Classroom reservations end ten minutes before their original requested time so the next group coming in has enough time to settle in (ex: 2pm-2:50pm instead of 2pm-3pm).
